As a maternity photographer  Portland I was inspired to take a few in studio shots of Ms H as well; so I asked her to pose for me one more time. Wanted to create some art pieces so this session was more about taking only a few shots and perfecting them carefully. I knew capturing the image was only going to be one part and my special editing will give it the results I had in mind. Just to give it an idea the image bellow took about an hour of so of special retouching; layering to arrive to the final image.

Have to thanks Ms. H as well for her willingness to do anything I asked her to do. At almost 39 weeks it must not have been the easiest to hold some of the poses.

My favorite image bellow was enlarged on a special art linen paper and displayed on an easel. Perfect representation and a beautiful image showcasing the miracle of a woman’s body.

I would have LOVED having images like these of my last pregnancy…………………….INSTEAD of  the body cast:)
