Boudoir photographer in Colorado is a dime a dozen. So when this beautiful mother of two chose me to photograph her, I was very excited!

I know it is not easy to get the nerve to book a boudoir session.  These pictures however were meant as a gift for her boyfriend’s birthday!

We met and chatted over coffee. We talked about what to expect, showed her some inspirations regarding style and discussed outfits.

On Shoot day we were both very excited!  She brought some stunning lingerie, so I was super inspired!

During hair and make up, she was able to relax and feel more at ease. I knew that once we got going she would be able to tap into her femininity and connect with her natural beauty.  I was not mistaken.  She embraced the session and gave herself 100%.

When she told me that she was very sore the next day, I knew I did my job.

At the reveal she was amazed by the final images and her excitement grew and grew during the album designing process.

When I delivered the gorgeous album a couple of weeks later we both felt proud and amazed by the art we created together. We both knew that even though this album was meant for her boyfriend, it is just as special for her as well.

As for me, looking at her images now, I’m reminded of this very special confident woman, who I got to know during the process and now I call “friend”…. and for that I am forever grateful!
